This site collects very little. What follows describes what it actually does, rather than reserving rights it does not use.

This notice covers this website only. It does not cover clinical records, which are held separately under their own arrangements.
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you type into it. Nothing else on this site collects personal data. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party embeds that profile you.
Submitting the form stores no cookie. The site sets one item of browser storage, recording a display preference for the page, which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
The message is sent by email to pa@joelproskewitz.com using Resend, an email delivery provider acting as a processor. It reaches an inbox. It is not added to a mailing list or an advertising audience.
To limit abuse, the server briefly holds the IP address a submission came from in memory so it can rate-limit repeated sends. It is not written to disk, and it does not outlive the running server process.
Handling an enquiry you chose to send is a legitimate interest: you asked to be contacted, and a reply is what you expect. Where an enquiry concerns your health, you are choosing to share that information in order to seek care.
Please do not send clinical detail you would rather discuss in person.
Enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry is live, and for as long as needed to answer any follow-up, then deleted. Ask at any time and they will be deleted sooner.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to pa@joelproskewitz.com.
If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests and may log them for operational and security purposes.
